Purpose of Data Processing.
ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U will process the information provided by Users in each section of the website for the following purposes:
CONTACT: Data will be processed to respond to inquiries and provide the requested information.
NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION: Data will be processed for sending newsletters and updates that may be of interest to Users.
CAREERS / WORK WITH US: The data provided will be processed to assess candidates’ suitability for different applications and to manage recruitment processes.
COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS: ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U will request explicit consent from users to send advertising communications related to products marketed by the company.
Data Retention Criteria.
ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U will retain data as long as a legitimate interest exists and until the data subject objects to its processing.

The processing of User data by ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U is based on the explicit consent given by the User.

Users may also request the restriction of the processing of their data, in which case it will only be retained by ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
ALPIR SPACE INDUSTRIES, S.L.U will cease processing your data when you object to such processing, unless there are compelling legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise or defense of possible legal claims.

Additionally, the User may request information at any time regarding the exercise of their rights from the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
If the exercise of their rights has not been properly addressed or satisfied, the User may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, phone +34 912 663 517

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly, freely and unequivocally consent that their data is necessary to process their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any modifications.
The CONTROLLER informs and guarantees that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the User. In the event that all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR and Article 4 of the LOPD, whereby data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
