Purchase Terms and Conditions – Top of Climb (Alpir Space Industries SL)
By purchasing any product from Top Of Climb, hereinafter TOC or the provider (trade name of Alpir Space Industries SL), the following purchase terms and conditions are accepted:
- La compra del producto supone que TOC/prestador está obligado al envío del mismo (o entrega en tienda) a cambio del importe abonado en el plazo indicado en la web o informado por cualquier otra vía de comunicación valida.
- Every payment made to TOC/provider entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user/customer or the corporate name provided by them at the time the order is placed.
- In the event of a return, the user/customer will have a maximum period of 30 calendar days to request it. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, undamaged delivery packaging. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued; instead, a credit voucher for the product’s value will be provided, valid for 3 months from its date of issuance.
- In the event of a return, the shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by the user/customer, as well as the shipping costs for the new product.
- The shipping rate applied (VAT included) will depend on the terms and shipping rates offered by the partner companies to TOC/provider at any given time.
- The purchase of any product from TOC/provider implies the explicit acceptance of the privacy policy and the consent for TOC/provider to use such data for the successful completion of the shipment/service/sale, as well as for any subsequent commercial actions. This consent may be revoked by the user/customer at any time by sending a written communication to Alpir Space Industries SL, Camino de las Rejas No. 2, 2nd Floor, Office 17, Coslada 28821.
