Information on Complaint Forms in the General Terms and Conditions
Distance selling professionals or companies, such as e-commerce businesses, which do not have physical premises open to the public but operate within certain autonomous communities, must have complaint forms available and are required to inform consumers of their existence and how to access them.
Although we recommend consulting the regulations of each Autonomous Community, the following link on the Ministry of Consumer Affairs website provides access to legislation on Complaint Forms by Autonomous Community:

Therefore, we recommend that E-COMMERCE businesses whose owners operate in any of these Autonomous Communities that require informing users or consumers about the availability of Complaint Forms include this information in section 4 (Claims) of the general terms and conditions. An example of how to comply with this obligation could be the following wording:
4. CLAIMS AND ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for online dispute resolution between the USER and the PROVIDER, without the need to resort to courts of law, through the intervention of a third party called a Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between both. This body is neutral and will dialogue with both parties to reach an agreement, and may ultimately suggest and/or impose a solution to the conflict.
