Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, undamaged delivery packaging. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued; instead, a credit voucher for the product\u2019s value will be provided, valid for 3 months from its date of issuance.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of a return, the shipping costs for returning the product shall be borne by the user\/customer, as well as the shipping costs for the new product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The shipping rate applied (VAT included) will depend on the terms and shipping rates offered by the partner companies to TOC\/provider at any given time.<\/li>\n<li>The purchase of any product from TOC\/provider implies the explicit acceptance of the privacy policy and the consent for TOC\/provider to use such data for the successful completion of the shipment\/service\/sale, as well as for any subsequent commercial actions.
